Terms & Conditions - 1. Promotion Overview The "Botanical Estate Vote for Your Favourite Burbank Display Home and Win" promotion is organised by Burbank Homes. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility The Promotion is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. One Vote per participant: Partcipants will be permitted only one vote during the promotional period.
4. Promotion Period The Promotion commences on Saturday 22nd of February at 12pm and concludes on Saturday 22nd of February at 4pm
5. How to Enter To enter the Promotion:
· Participants must visit the Burbank display Homes located at Botanical Estate. (Elmwood 27 Featuring Pasedena Façade and Almeda 34 Featuring Oakwood Façade)
· After touring both display homes, cast your vote for your favorite Burbank display home using the touch screen available in the display homes during the Promotion Period.
· Provide their contact details as requested.
6. Prize (4) individual winners will be selected upon conclusion of the promotion on Saturday, 28th of February to receive the prize. The prize details are as follows:
o "A $500 gift voucher from Harvey Norman (The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.)
7. Winner Selection The winner will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries that voted for the display home with the highest number of votes during the Promotion Period. The draw will occur on Sunday, 23rd February at 6 pm in the display home. Burbank's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Notification of Winner The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry within 7 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, Burbank reserves the right to redraw the prize.
9. Publicity By entering the Promotion, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities as requested by the Promoter, including the use of their name and likeness for advertising purposes without additional compensation.
10. Privacy The Promoter collects personal information from participants for the purpose of conducting the Promotion.
11. General Conditions
a. Burbank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
b. Burbank is not responsible for any technical issues or malfunctions that may affect the entry process
c. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria
