This offer entitles the customer to the products and specifications noted in their pack. The customer may choose up to three packs and apply them to their new home. All products and specifications contained in the upgrade packs cannot be swapped, removed, or redeemed for cash. Should the customer elect to upgrade to a product that is not noted in any pack then the customer will need to pay the difference in price. All items are subject to availability and Burbank Australia Pty Ltd (‘Burbank’) reserves the right to substitute any listed items for the same or greater value should that item no longer be available by their suppliers.
