Promotion Overview The "Burbank Woodlea Bonanza" (the "Promotion") is organised by Burbank Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 007 099 872) CDB-U 52603 (the "Promoter"). By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility Promotion is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participants). Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Promotion Period The Promotion is only applicable for non-refundable initial fees of $1,500 (“Fee”) made from 11am on 15th February 2025 and ends at 6pm on 16th February 2025 (the "Promotion Period") on ant B Series Burbank home, at the Burbank display home at Woodlea, Aintree.
How to Enter To participate in the Promotion, participants must pay the initial fee on any Burbank B Series Home during the Promotion Period and enter their details as requested for the draw in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions. Only one entry per initial fee on a B-Series Home is allowed.
Prizes
a. Studio Edge Credit: Participants who pay the Fee on any B-Series Burbank Home during the Promotion Period will receive a $5,000 Studio Edge credit in conjunction with their Studio Edge interior consultation to be used towards any Interior consultation item.
b. Harvey Norman Voucher: Eligible Participants who make the initial fee will automatically enter the draw to win one $5,000 Harvey Norman voucher.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected by a random draw by a Burbank representative from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on Friday 28th of February 2025 at Burbank Head Office – 36 Aberdeen Rd, Altona VIC 3018. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Notification of Winner: The winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry within 7 business days of the draw, and the Participant must respond within 5 days. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Publicity: By entering the Promotion, winners agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities as requested by the Promoter, including the use of their name and likeness for advertising purposes without additional compensation for a maximum period of 3 months.
Privacy: The Promoter collects personal information from participants for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.burbank.com.au/victoria/terms-conditions#privacypolicy.
General Conditions:
a. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
b. The Promoter is not responsible for:
i. any technical issues or malfunctions that may affect the entry process.
ii. lost, misdirected or incomplete entries; or
iii. any injury, loss or damage incurred by participants or third parties connected with the Promotion or prize use.
c. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Burbank Be a Selfie Sensation
1. Promotion Overview: The "Burbank Be a Selfie Sensation!" (the "Promotion") is organised by Burbank Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 007 099 872) CDB-U 52603 (the "Promoter"). By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participants”). Participants must have a valid Facebook or Instagram account. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period: The Promotion is only applicable for selfies showcasing the display homes at the Woodlea Estate posted on Instagram or Facebook from 10am on 15th February 2025 and ends on 5pm on 16th February 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter: To participate in the Promotion, a Participant must:
a. Visit and explore any Burbank display home at Woodlea Estate.
b. Capture a selfie in their favourite room within the Burbank display home at Woodlea Estate;
c. Follow @BurbankLiving on Instagram and @Burbank Homes on Facebook.
d. Participants must ensure their Instagram or Facebook account is set to ‘public’ during the Promotion Period; and
d. Share their selfie on Instagram or Facebook and tag @BurbankLiving and a friend in the post.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that contain offence, inappropriate, or copyrighted content without permission, or do not comply with these terms and conditions.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
5. Prizes: Eligible Participants who complete all the steps above will automatically enter the draw to win one of two $1,000 Harvey Norman vouchers. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected, by a panel of Burbank representatives from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Vote for Your Favourite Burbank Display Home and Win
1. Promotion Overview: The "Vote for Your Favourite Burbank Display Home and Win" promotion is organised by Burbank Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 007 099 872) CDB-U 52603. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participants”). Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, its affiliates, and partners are not eligible to participate.
3. One Vote per participant: Participants will be permitted only one vote during the Promotional Period.
4. Promotion Period: The Promotion commences from 10am on Saturday 15th of February 2025 and concludes on Sunday 16th of February 2025 at 4pm
5. How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, a Participant must:
a. Visit and explore the Burbank display homes located at Woodlea Estate.
b. After touring both display homes, the Participant must cast a vote for their favourite Burbank display home, using the touch screen available in the display homes during the Promotion Period or scan the QR code at the Display to access the promotional landing page to cast a vote.
c. Provide their contact details as requested on the touch screen after submitting the vote.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that contain offensive, inappropriate, or copyright content without permission, or do not comply with these terms and conditions. Only one entry per person is allowed.
6. Prizes: Eligible Participants who complete a valid vote and complete all the steps above, will automatically enter the draw to win one of four Harvey Norman $500 gift vouchers. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
7. Winner Selection The winners will be chosen, by the Promoter’s representative, through a random draw from all eligible entries that voted for the display home with the highest number of votes during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on Friday 28th of February 2025 at Burbank Head Office – 36 Aberdeen Rd, Altona VIC 3018. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
